Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred refund method.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point or courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
